The Bank Robber
Joey Baines was in his apartment looking through his bills. He came across a credit card bill that was so overdue that collectors kept calling him to get him to pay the bill and he kept saying that he needed more time and hung up.
Just then, Joey decided what he needed to do. He figured that the best way to get money to pay his bill was to rob the Hill Valley Bank.
Joey put on a ski mask. Then he grabbed a bag and wooden bat and headed out the door.
Joey reached the Hill Valley Bank after it closed and used his bat to smash the door open. He headed for the area where the tellers worked. He used his bat to smash the door open and went into the restricted area. He broke into all the cash drawers, stole all the money, and put it in his bag.
After that, Joey made his escape. As soon as he stepped outside, he was standing face to face with a police officer. Joey decided to run. Unfortunately, the police officer decided to chase after him.
Joey was sitting at the defense table with his lawyer. His immediate family was sitting in the front row.
Just then, the judge entered the courtroom. He stepped up to the main podium and picked up his gavel.
"Will the defendant and his lawyer rise?" the judge asked, pounding his gavel and Joey rose with his lawyer. "Mr. Joseph Baines, I find you guilty of robbery, breaking and entering, vandalism, and battery involving an officer of the law. I hereby sentence you to 40 years in prison. You will be serving your sentence in the Hill Valley County Jail."
The judge banged his gavel and two police officers entered and headed right for Joey. One officer placed the handcuffs on Joey while the other one blocked his escape route.
On the way out of the courtroom, Joey glanced at his family who was standing there in shock. Then he left the courtroom with the police officers so he could start serving his time in prison.
