Viktor stared nervously at his shoes as he saw the wild hair girl sitting on the huge rock by the black lake with the famous Harry Potter and red head boy. It was Valentines day and he was holding a rose in his hand.
He had been planning on giving it to Hermione all day but hadn't been able to find her alone anywhere. Those stupid boys never seemed to leave her alone. The red head was obviously in love with her but only needed her for homework and the famous Harry Potter also seemed to love her too.
Viktor decided that if he didn't give it to her now, he wouldn't find any other way to give her the flower.
He made his way towards her, full of confidence and gave her an awkward smile as she noticed him.
"What are you doing here?" Red head boy asked him rather rudely with more than a tinge of anger in his voice.
"Don't be rude!" Hermione said, before looking at him sweetly. "Is there something that you want?"
Viktor smiled. "Yes... You."
Hermione blushed furiously at this and looked down.
"I vas thinking on asking for a date?" Viktor said, before presenting her with the rose. "For you."
"T-Thanks!" She said, accepting the rose in her small hands.
Viktor then offered her his arm. "I taking you to Hogsmeade?"
"What about us?" Red head boy asked, glaring furiously at Viktor.
"He didn't invite you did he?" Hermione said.
Viktor felt himself worry as he knew that there could be a chance that Hermione may like the red head boy back. But for now, this was his day, and he was going to try his best to win Hermione's young heart.
"Ready?" he asked, kissing her forehead.
"Yes. And Viktor, thank you for the rose."
"You're velcome."
