Prologue: World of Lies
With X.A.N.A on the brink of destruction, the War of Lyoko reaches it's climax. The battle-hardened Commandos of Delta Squad prepare for a mission that will end it, once and for all. They enter a new world, one never seen before. It seems simple and tranquil, but they will soon find out that looks can be deceiving...
Day 253 – War of Lyoko – Factory Scanner Room
Jeremie paced, he didn't know what to say. This was the beginning of the end. The home stretch, anything after this would be normal. Jeremie just doesn't do normal anymore.
"Alright, guys. This is it. We're going to find the last bit of Intel, and kill this thing, once and for all." He said to the 4 Lyokian Commandos that stood before him. They all solemnly nodded, they couldn't believe that they'd made it this far.
"I have no clue where I'm sending you to, absolutely none. It's as if this Replica was made using X.A.N.A's last bit of strength."
"That puts us at a Dis-advantage." Aelita replied.
"And at an advantage as well," Yumi added. "X.A.N.A used his strength to make this replica, so it can't be that intense. And besides, it's not like he can just make monsters pop up like he did back on the Volcano Replica."
"That's a good point. He's weak, he can't do much to hurt you. But still, be on your guard all the same." Jeremie said, summing the briefing up. "Any questions?"
He nodded when nobody spoke up. They were ready to end this, not talk. "Alright, then get in. I'll start up the process."
The group did as told, and waited for the end to begin.
