Two hours after the night shift ended, the restaurant opened. Before then, though, it was purely silent. If they hadn't gotten the guard, the silence would be postponed before the guard would hastily leave in a cold sweat.
But for now, all was silent. BB was all alone in his game corner.
He has seen this place a thousand times, or so it feels. He hasn't been keeping track.
Tonight, he'd seen Freddy several times. He wondered if they'd gotten the guard, because if Freddy was there but Guard wasn't…
He would have shrugged. The Guard would always return. Sometimes it was a different guard, but there would always be a guard.
So he just stood in silence. He wasn't bored, he was quite used to it. He'd had this as long as he could remember, and these peaceful hours were rare with a booming business like Freddy Fazbear's.
The doors eventually opened, as they always did. Happy children, accompanied by their parents, skipped through the doors.
BB vended balloons. "Hi!" He said. He also said "Hello!"
The day sped by fairly quickly, and soon enough, the restaurant was closing, and a few more hours of peace before the Chase would begin.
He would have smiled if he hadn't already.
Just an ordinary day at Freddy's.
