"Republic Act 143"

Mikan was rolling in her bed . She played with her pigtails . She tried to reach the ceiling by her legs . It's because of "BOREDOM" . So she pays a visit to her ever beloved Best Buddy Imai Hotaru .

" Hotaru are you busy ? " knocking the door a lot of times .

Mikan is about to greet Hotaru when GLUBS (yeah its a pair) hit her face .

"Try to have manners baka knock ONLY 3 times " putting a lot of alcohol to her baka gun .

"Hotaru , Im sorry " reaching her arm like a wounded soldier (anime hurt eyes)

"What do you want baka?" looking at her coldly . "If its nonsense , better prepare yourself ." launching her baka gun . "I just want to visit you Hotaru" she answered wiping her tears away . "Im bored in my room" and smiled warmly .

"Is that so? How stupid!" going back to her desk . "Then fine if you'll stay in my room Im gonna make you my slave and you'll suffer" evil eyes . The frightened Brunette ran as fast as she could and return to her room .

"I think its better to stay in my room than Hotaru's" she heaved . "Grandpa , you know I loved someone ." wiped the frame ." He's kinda PERVERT and cold-hearted " smiling to her onii-san picture .

"But even though he's like that I love him . He's also my savior." she giggled .

After talking to her onii-san she gathered all her stuffed toys and let them sit like an audience .

NOTE : She used one stuff toy to be Natsume . He put a tag that indicates NATSUME .

She dressed like a lawyer or judge and stated (as if like one)

"Republic Act 143 , My heart was stolen my life was taken" looking at her stuffed toys .

Natsume passed by her room and heard Mikan's voice "Polka forgot to close the door" he thought.

" I am a victim of LOVE and you are guilty " pointing at the bear which has a tag of NATSUME .

The fire caster went inside and leaned on the wall listening to the Baka's so called accusations to him .

"So you are hereby sentenced to Love me forever "staring at the dummy NATSUME BEAR .

"That's an order you pervert" crying and harassing the poor teddy . "No doubts and regrets "sob*sob*

Mikan was busy letting her emotions when he felt a warmth hug at her back . She was stunned .

When she turned back her lips landed to someone's lips . Hyuuga Natsume . Yea' right . The person she hated and loved for all her life .

"What are you doing her you jerk?" blushing like a ripened tomato .

"I heard all .." he smirked . " Your so clumsy. The doors left opened " he sat in Mikan's chair .

She just sweat dropped by his stupid yet revealing explanation .

"No its nothing" trying to let him out . "You see I-I'm just havin' a good time here"

" I promised ." he looked at the uncomfortable dumbass girl she loved .

"what you mean ?Pro-promise?" she looked at him innocently . "About the blabbering stuff"

"Natsume!" she was overjoyed . She hugged HIM . And he hugged back too . awhhhh^^_

Once again Natsume kissed her unexpectedly . Again . The Brunette responded heartily.

While the scene is on going , the meanie queen took pictures (unflashed) and videos . Ruka's eyes widen .

But felt happy for her Best friend for having the COURAGE to show off his feelings .

Thanks for my clumsiness he heard my true feelings . Right now . the pervert is lying right beside me and caressing my hair and angelic face .I hope the law I made will be approved soon so no one will be loveless and isolated .
