Jimmy's Significance
In the grand scheme of things, I am insignificant…I'm not a world leader, I don't cure aids, nor solve world hunger. I'm just a family man, a loyal servant of the lord. But, that has made all the difference.
In the grand scheme of things, I am insignificant…but my body is not. I am the vessel for Castiel, an angel of the lord, and we're in the battle of the century, nay, the battle of the universe, against hell. Though I matter not, Castiel can save the world with Sam and Dean Winchester through me. My part is short, my only line of importance, 'yes.' Castiel has taken me for the ride of a lifetime. My body's been beaten, cut, and impaled. Though Castiel heals, I still feel each blow and the pain is insurmountable. I have a feeling Jimmy Novak is not long for this world, soon I will have to relinquish my body completely to Castiel. Though my demise is eminent, I am not afraid; I am leaving myself in good hands, angel's hands. Hell is putting up a hard fight, but I have faith good will prevail, more, Sam, Dean, and Castiel will prevail.
In the grand scheme of things, I am insignificant. Castiel, the Winchesters, the loyalty, dedication, and bravery of their group is what matters, and it's what will save us all.
I am but a vessel, and my role as host is soon to be over. Soon, Jimmy will step down so Castiel has full control. Instead of marking a death, it will mark the birth of hope. And when that day comes, beware, because that means justice is on the rise.
