A Brother's Promise

A brother's promise,

Is a promise kept,

Through the love in the eyes,

And the agreement of the tongue,

A brother's promise,

Is never undone.

No matter how hard,

They strive to keep their word,

Through the tears and the cries,

The complaints go unheard,

For a brother's love,

Is a promise unsaid.
