Not the Flash, The flash is a hero not a villan and also only the bad Meta Humans. He replied

Oh, The reporter said with a look of relief. Just then he spotted his once again late CSI.

"Excuse Me for a moment Ms. Danvers"

He Quickly Stopped His Tardy CSI, Not knowing that The reporter was still following him.
