Joker's Journey in the the World of Pokémon!

Hello and Welcome all to this maybe series of stories! In this story I simply wanted to show what I think it would be like if my Trainer from the Pokemon Games was also present in the Pokemon Anime, near unstoppable team at his side and all! I hope you enjoy! ^ w^
-Prologue-
A cool ocean breeze washed over the well-outfitted trainer sitting at the on-deck section of the rather luxurious café this cruise ship had to offer. He sipped at his drink as he scrolled down his Pokedex list, smiling at all the caught entries he was zooming past. He let out a laugh as he closed it and put it away, most of the entries were full and had a small, helpful pokeball symbol next to them, indicating they were currently in his possession or caught by him before. Unova….Surely this would be a trivial venture, seeing as he needed only to update his current pokedex and begin catching, worrying about gyms and the like later, he wasn't really interested in these things, though finding a worthy challenge among the gyms puzzles, members and Leaders would be quite a pleasant surprise. He would keep himself limited strictly to Unova Pokémon when facing these trials to add an extra bit of spice. The waitress walked up to his table "Excuse me sir, would you like your bill?" He smiles at her, brushing his hair over his eyes to the side and nodding "Yes, take your time if you want". The Trainer didn't mind, as clearing out every other region had left him with more worth than the Devon corporation, or maybe even all of the "Teams" he had previously fought and conquered. A small sigh emerged from the trainer as he stared at the land they quickly approached; not having anything to pack made it so that as soon as they docked the trainer could take off, though he could just have easily rode any of his transport worthy Pokemon that would be able to make the distance, Like the 5 legendary Birds he had in his possession, or the lord of the skies himself, Rayquaza, but that might have drawn to much attention and the 'mon would get enough time out in the sun as he thoroughly trounced the entire Region…maybe.
The horn blew as the ship pulled into port, families and friends waiting the arrival of visitors or returning family, and within minutes the docking was finished and off-loading began, our hero being the first to step onto the port ground…The quiet calmness of the ocean was now filled with the sounds of cars and bustling walkways, tall buildings and wide streets, a large port and man things to tour. "So this is it huh….Castelia City"
