Alyx found herself walking threw a dark cave and Gordon was no where to be seen, she was wearing her usual clothes and she had her automatic pistol at the ready. Alyx continued walking down the dark cave, it was so dark she could only just see where she was going, Alyx heard some rocks being moved and she quickly turned her head, she saw a purple Headcrab standing in between two rocks, she aimed her pistol at the Headcrab but before she could fire it scuttled away, Alyx looked around nervously and she had her finger on the trigger of her pistol when suddenly the purple Headcrab jumped out from a crack in the cave wall and it latched onto Alyx's face, Alyx dropped her gun and she fell to the ground.
The Headcrab rapped it's four legs around Alyx's face and Alyx grabbed it with both her hands and she tried to pull it off but she began to lose feeling in her body and after a few minutes of struggling she was lying paralyzed on the cave floor. Alyx could not see anything because the Headcrab was covering her whole face but she could still breathe with out difficulty, Alyx was scared and she started to wonder why the Headcrab had latched onto her face and not her head, before Alyx could think more deeply about this she felt a tentacle moving down into her throat, Alyx did not start gagging but she opened her eyes wide in fear and shock as the tentacle moved right down and into her stomach. The Headcrab started to make a humping motion and with each hump Alyx felt a warm liquid spill into her stomach, Alyx tried to struggle but she was still paralyzed and there was nothing she could do, after a while Alyx passed out from shock and exhaustion.
Alyx awoke and it took a few seconds for her to remember where she was, Alyx was still lying on the cave floor but now she could feel her arms and legs, Alyx looked up and she saw the Headcrab flying on her chest, Alyx quickly grabbed it and threw it against the cave wall, then she noticed it was dead and that it was now a black color. Alyx lay on the cave floor for a few seconds and she thought about everything that had happened, as Alyx was thinking she felt a sharp pain in her belly, Alyx clutched her belly and she noticed it was swollen and that there was a purple glow coming from inside her stomach, Alyx panicked as she felt it start to swell, she could hear sounds that sounded like her skin was stretching, Alyx tried to push her belly down to try and stop it from growing larger but it was no use her belly would not stop swelling, it was not long before she started to feel the pressure as her belly was being constricted by her clothes but after some force the button on her jeans popped off and her shirt was forced back. Alyx writhed around in pain and discomfort as she watched her belly grow she noticed blue veins were appearing around her belly and she began to feel pressure as if she was about to burst open, Alyx's belly was later constricted again but this time it was her utility belt, Alyx saw her chance and she tightened her belt as much as she could, the pressure in here belly started to build up again and Alyx let out a scream of pain when her belly tore threw her utility belt. The growing stopped, Alyx looked at her belly it was huge and she could no longer see her feet, Alyx tried to stand up but her belly was to heavy, then Alyx felt something kick she felt around with her with her hands to see if she could feel another but then her belly jolted left and then right, soon Alyx's belly was moving around violently and it was making loud sloshing noises, Alyx heard something tear and she let out one final scream of pain.
