A man, whose cape and cowl made him appear similar to a bat, stood in the shadows of a grimy rooftop. It wasn't long before he saw the man he was waiting on descending from the sky. The other man landed and looked around.

"Thomas, are you here?" he asked quietly. The other man stepped out from the shadows.

"A meeting is not very secret if you fly there, Jor-El," said the man dressed as a bat. "Especially not in that get up, and it's Batman." Thomas looked disdainfully at the blue and red body suit and red cape. The other man also wore a blue cowl that hid the upper part of his head.

"You're not in any position to talk, T…Batman, and call me Superman."

"Fine, let's make this quick, I need to get back before the wife and kids miss me." said Batman.

"Me as well." agreed Superman.

Henry Frank Irons had spent many sleepless days and nights working on the secret project Thomas Wayne had commissioned him for, but he finally had a functional prototype. If all went well in the testing phase, Wayne Industries would have a battle suit that allowed humans to fight evenly with their Kryptonian overlords.
