"So, Jason's taking me out for dinner tonight! I didn't even think he'd really care about Valentine's Day," Piper said to Annabeth.
"Huh, well Seaweed Brain forgot about Valentine's Day I think. He hasn't mentioned anything," Annabeth replied.
"We're in his apartment right now, well, Sally's apartment. Maybe ask Sally when she gets home if she knows if he's planning anything?"
"I have an idea…" Annabeth proceeded to whisper it into Piper's ear even though no one was home.
Piper was about to answer, when the front door opened. In walked Percy.
"Hey Mom, I'm home!" He yelled.
He stopped short when he saw us.
"Annabeth? Piper? What are you guys doing here? And where's Mom?" He asked, confused.
Annabeth laughed at his confusion and said, "Hi Seaweed Brain. Sally invited me as a surprise for you. She said you got some decent grades on your report card and invited me to stay with you this week. Or we could stay at Camp too."
Percy was overjoyed, "We can stay here, but visit Camp this weekend! Oh, Piper, what about you?" he said, realizing Piper was still there.
"Oh, I'll be going back to Camp later. I'm just here to keep Annabeth company till you came home," she lied.
What Percy didn't know was that Piper and Annabeth were just going to guilt trip him about forgetting Valentine's Day.
"Alright. Do you guys want to watch a movie or something?" He asked.
"Sure," the girls chorused.
They sat in the living room and decided on watching Beauty and the Beast.
Half way into the movie, Percy got up, startled, "Popcorn! I'm gonna make popcorn, hold on."
Annabeth, sensing this was the perfect time for something, said, "Nah, Seaweed Brain. Piper and I will make it. It'll keep you from possibly burning the house down."
They walked in the kitchen, and started to purposely talk loudly as they made the popcorn.
"Hey Piper, so Jason's taking you for a Valentine's Day dinner right?" Annabeth spoke.
The movie in the living room paused.
"Yeah! Is Percy taking you anywhere tonight?" Piper asked, trying to repress laughs.
"I don't think so. He hasn't even wished me a happy Valentine's Day!" Annabeth said pretending to be bothered by it.
There was a loud thunk and a curse as someone fell off the sofa in the living room. There was a moment of silence where Annabeth and Piper were trying to hold in laughter.
"... happy Valentine's Day, Wise Girl!" Percy called from the other room.
The girls couldn't hold in their laughter and erupted in giggles.
"Happy Valentine's Day, Percy."
A/N- I know! *ducks from incoming projectile* It's short and crappy! I'm sorry. I spent a while on my story for WGG's Valentine's Day story thing, so I didn't spend too much time developing this. It's still funny… right…?
Uh, yeah. Hope everyone has(had) a nice Valentine's Day. - I did absolutely nothing except be at school till 5 because of drama rehearsal (where I sang and danced for 2 hours to the point where I now can barely talk), thanks for asking. Haha, alright byee!
