Nick's the one who glares at everyone and never says anything.
Chip's the one who announces his arrival into homeroom, trying to make his cape billow in a non-existent breeze.
Madison's the one who's always hiding behind a camera.
Vida's the one who fights so much it's amazing she hasn't been expelled.
They're misfits. So no one knows why popular Xander is friends with them.
"About time you got your butt here!" Vida smiles at him. Maddie, Nick, and Chip are close by, going over her latest artistic endeavor.
Xander's the only one who gets to see them like this.
