Zack sighed , he had been waiting on the sky deck for half an hour. He had planned a romantic dinner for two and was now more nervous than ever with his date being late. He glanced at a plant Cody had told him would bring good luck to him but he wasn't entirely sure why his brother never used it on his dates with Bailey and just decided to bring it out for this occasion. Of course Cody and Bailey weren't dating anymore after the Paris incident so he decided not to bring it up. His attention then turned back to dinner Cody had prepared and the table he had set. He smiled and thought he really needed to thank Cody if this ended up working out. With another glance at his watch Zack grew more nervous and hoped to see his possible future girlfriend come up to the sky deck and minute now.

Unknown to Zack, Cody was crouched down behind the plant watching to see if everything went according to plan. He smiled at how his explanation of the plant had gotten Zack easily to accept to use it on his date. He had never seen his brother this into a girl so he thought this must be serious and wouldn't let Zack mess it up. Even though he didn't admit it to anyone often he really cared about his brother and would like to see him have a steady girlfriend for once. Cody checked his phone and saw Zack's date was late , he sighed and waited patiently for her to arrive.

"Hey Zack." Maya said as she spotted him next to a table, decorated beautifully.

"Maya you came!" Zack said enthusiastically as he saw her coming towards him.

"Of course I came after that beautiful poem you wrote me and the wonderful flowers how could I not." Maya said smiling making a slight blush appear on Zack's cheeks.

"Thanks, I'm glad you liked it." Zack paused "Why don't we sit down." he said as she pulled the chair out for her.

"Thank you." Maya said as she sat down and got ready to what might be the best night of her life.

Cody smiled behind the plant and made a mental note to check to see if any of his poems to Bailey had been stolen or if Zack had really written it himself. As he sat there watching he heard someone else coming up to the sky deck. He became confused as he had specifically asked Moesby to please not let anyone up to the sky deck during this time due to a date he had planned. Of course Moesby agreed on the condition of him and Zack not causing trouble for the next few months on which he accepted but knew the manager wouldn't get his wish. Cody turned around and saw Bailey walking up to the sky deck, Cody panicked he didn't want Zack's date to be ruined so on instinct he grabbed Bailey's hand and pulled her down next to him.

"What the feathers?" Bailey said , questioning Cody's actions.

"Sorry" Cody whispered to her. "I don't want to spoil this for Zack, this may be his only chance to get this girl and I know he really likes her"

"Oh, I didn't know I'm sorry." She paused. "Why are you here?"

Cody smirked "I'm not going to let Zack ruin what might be his only chance to fall in love."

Bailey laughed and glanced to her hand. Cody hadn't let go of it since he pulled her down and she had to admit she liked it. Cody saw her and followed her gaze.

"Oh , I'm sorry" he said and quickly pulled away his hand blushing slightly.

"Its ok." Bailey said disappointed he had let go. "Umm Cody can I ask you something?" she said with a questioning look on her face.

"Yea sure." he said slightly afraid of what her question involved.

"How do we get out of her without Zack seeing us?" she said slowly making Cody's eyes go wide.

"I have no idea."
