Song of Memories– Chapter 1: The Ranking
Inside the room of Fine in 'Royal Princesses' company building…
"Fine, Fine, wake up!" Rein and Altezza shouted in unison as they barged into Fine's room without permission.
"Hmm… Why are you guys waking me up? It is only 6:30 am in the morning and the concert will start at 10:15 am."Fine said taking a glance at the clock and while rubbing her eyes.
"Have you forgotten? The Shining Star News TV will announce the best rockstar band."Altezza said rather excited.
"Oh… So that's why…"
"Now hurry up and turn on your television!"Rein yelled.
"Hai, hai."
Fine turned on her flat screen television in front of her sofa bed. The three sat down on the couch and their eyes were glued to the screen. Luckily, they are just in time for the reporter is about to broadcast about the rankings.
[News Broadcast]
"Ohayou Minna-san! I will now announce the best rockstar band in Tokyo, Japan."
(It's a tie between the girls band and the boys band.)
The Best Rockstar Band in Tokyo Japan are…
The Royal Princesses and Princes of Royalty
"Omedetou for the band who won the best rockstar band title. This is Kira Zumiya reporting…"
[Shut]
After the three heard the news, they all started screaming.
"Kyaaaa!"
"I can't believe that we are in the best rockstar band in Tokyo!" Fine said unbelievably while jumping up and down.
"Yeah, I can't believe it too…"Rein replied.
"Still, we need to beat these boys. We still have a long way to go…"Altezza butted in.
"Yeah! Let's beat them! Go, go, go Royal Princesses!"They all shouted in synchronicity with determination visible in their eyes.
In the Princes of Royalty company building…
"Oh yeah! We are best rockstar band in Tokyo!"Auler said happily.
"Yeah, but still we must not lose to those Royal Princesses. How come they are tied with us? I don't think they can even match our skills."Shade said coldly.
"But Shade, don't judge them yet for we haven't seen them personally or even listened to their songs."Bright replied gently.
"Alright. Then how about if we challenge them for a match at Cold Breeze Park tomorrow?"
"Well, I think that's fair enough. Then, Hitoshi-san please mail them this letter" Bright handed him their challenge letter which is hidden in his pocket all along.
"Ok, I'll mail them tonight."Hitoshi, their manager, responded and walked away because he has lots of business to take care of.
Shade gave Bright a look that says 'you're weird'. Bright was taken aback with this.
"What? I only knew this would happen that's why I made that last night."
"You knew?!"Shade yelled which echoed throughout the entire room.
Bright and Auler covered their ears and you could see that their eyes were closed, eyebrows twitching from pain.
"Mou... Shade, even you're the lead vocalist, when you shout my head hurts..."Auler reacted in the sudden uproar.
Shade glared at him. He then turned his head towards Bright wanting some explanation. Bright gulped.
"I knew how high their skills are. I've heard of them but never saw their faces and haven't listened to their songs. I also predicted that you might challenge them so I made them for you."
Shade didn't bothered to answer. He understood right away. The room was filled with deafening silence again and Auler decided to break the ice.
"Then, shall we practice our song for tomorrow's battle?"
Then the two agreed and followed Auler to their practice room and began to practice.
So, both bands began to practice more and do their best in order to attain their current position. Go, go, go! Win, win, win! Banzai!
