Harry and Gemma had been dating for around 7 months and had just told Finn about their relationship and he was taking it very well. Last night was the first time Harry had slept over at Gemma's.

Gemma had woke up with a headache and not feeling very well but she knew that she had work that day so got up and got Finn ready for school. She dropped Finn off at school and headed to work even though she still didn't feel great. She arrived in AAU and went straight over to Harry and he saw that she was very pale and asked if she was feeling alright she didn't reply and then went about seeing patients. Gemma was looking after a patient who had just been brought up from ED when she went dizzy and blacked out.
