I was just watching tv and my I checked my phone. I have a new message.

From Unknown: Mom, this is me. I left my project at home, could you please bring it in here?

This must be a wrong number. I'm just gonna pretend that I'm the mother. Oh Beck, you're such a loser sometimes.

To Unknown: Oh ok, sweetie! Take care love u!

Ha! That's a good one. I acted like a real mother.

From Unknown: Really now? I'm at home already why are you still texting me?

Hmm, that was epic.

To Unknown: I know. I was just, you know... messing around, darling :)

From Unknown: My mom doesn't include emoticons in her texts and she hates me! She never called me sweetie or darling and she never said "Take care love u!"

I failed. I sighed and replied.

To Unknown: Ok, you caught me. I am not your mother. I'm sorry, just bored u know? :P

From Unknown: I don't actually care if you are.

He/She is mean. I'm just gonna go with it, it's actually fun.

To Unknown: Does ur mom really hates you? like u know, every mother loves their child.

From Unknown: That's true. Except my mom.

I felt bad for her.

To Unknown: But hey, who cares if ur mother hates u? I can still be ur friend! :)

From Unknown: I assume that you wouldn't like me. No one likes me. You're the first person who wanted to be my friend and I know you only said that so I won't feel bad that my mom hates me.

To Unknown: I really wanna be ur friend, I'm serious! Are u a girl or a boy?

From Unknown: Girl. Oh please, you won't like me!

To Unknown: Oh, I'm a boy. :)

From Unknown: Bye! if you really want to be my friend then you should text me again soon. See you, loser!

I have no idea why she called me "loser" and yeah, sure I am Beck Oliver, I'm the friendly cool dude so I 'm willing to be her friend.

To Unknown: Sure! Gonna text u next time!
