Hey, Neveragain67 here! This is my first time writing like 'First Kisses' so be nice. This fiction is with the wonderful Shikamaru Nara and my personal OC Meya Sarutobi. If you want to know more about her just send me a message.

The first one is called "Umbrella" It's very cute.

Umbrella

Meya was running though the streets, it was pouring and she forgot an umbrella. She was training and the rain got her. She reached a dark alley. Where am I?

She kept running until she reached the other end. "Oh great, now I'm more lost!" she said to no one. "If there is a God, he hates me." She said dully.

Now it was to pour harder on her head. She closed her eyes and ran, until she bumped into someone. With her eyes still closed, she noticed the rain stopped. She looked up and saw an umbrella and then looked in front of her and saw Shikamaru.

"Shika-kun! You're a life saver."

"Hn. What were you doing in the rain?"

"I was training and it started pouring."

"You're really wet."

"No really? I thought I was really dry!" Meya said sarcastically.

He chuckled. "Here, take my jacket." He took off his sweater and put it around her shoulders.

"Thanks." Meya said with a big smile on her face.

She leaned on Shikamaru and a pink blush appeared on his face. Why do I feel like this around her? She's my best friend. Should I feel like this? How troublesome.

They were pacing because the rain was getting harder by the minute. Meya slipped and her first instinct and that was Shikamaru. Shikamaru also reacted quickly and grabbed her waist to pull her up. "Be more careful." Shikamaru said closely to her face. She notice he was still grabbing on to her waist.

"Shikamaru?"

"Yeah Meya?"

Meya leaned in and kissed him softly. The kiss ended quickly but to both of them it felt like days.

Shikamaru had a confused look on his face. "What was that for."

"Just, thanks, for everything."

He smiled. For the first time in his life he smiled a real smile. He leaned down the kis her back.

"You're welcome."
