Chapter 1 The foxes and the scroll
Naruto was on his way to the academy, when he heard whimpering, he moved towards the bush, and just as he was about to take another step, two small foxes limped out of the bush. He noticed that they were injured. They looked at him, and then limped to him, but they dropped at his feet. He immediately picked them up carefully, and and noticed they fell asleep. Naruto decided to go see the hokage, and asked him for help. When he got their he burst through the door, and said "hokage sama", and immediately knew that something was wrong as soon as he heard Naruto say hokage sama, because he calls him old man, never hokage sama. Sarutobi then asked "Naruto what is wrong". Naruto then started to tell how he found the two foxes, when Sarutobi asked if he could see the two foxes. Naruto gave him the two foxes and he went through a few handsigns, and prefored one of the few medical jutsu he knew, and heald them. Naruto then asked if he could keep them. Sarutobi thought about it for a little while, and said "you can keep them". Naruto said "thank you old man", and left for the academy. When he arrived at the academy, when he walked in Iruka said "Naruto where have you been", Naruto then explained what happened, and Iruka then said "find a seat so we can begin the exam", Naruto found a seat, and waited for his turn. About an hour later he was called, and he walked up. Iruka then told him that he had too make three clones so he started to gather his chakra and said "clone jutsu", and with three poofs of smoke three dead looking clones appeared. Iruka then said "sorry Naruto but you fail", and with that Naruto then ran out crying, and he grabbed his two foxes and left. He watched as everyone left, and he was on the swing, when Mizuki appeared next to naruto, and said "there is another way two pass, and proceeded to tell him where the forbidden scroll was, and where to meet him. Later that night Mizuki told everyone that Naruto had stolen the scroll of sealing, and then left to meet Naruto. Naruto was looking at the scroll practicing jutsu, he had managed to learn shadow clone jutsu, clone explosion jutsu, darkness clone, mud wall jutsu, water clone jutsu, wind dragon jutsu, darkness dragon jutsu and mud clone jutsu. He kept on looking through the scroll when he noticed a seal at the bottom of the scroll so he took out a kunai and cut his finger slightly, and let the blood fall on the seal, when Iruka found Naruto he was about too ask what he was thinking stealing the scroll of sealing, when a bright light covered the area. When they could see again they noticed a girl Naruto's age was sitting on the scroll, but before anybody could say anything kunai's came flying down, and pinned Iruka to the wall. They looked up and saw Mizuki standing on the tree.
Time skip after the battle
On their way back Naruto had found out that the girls name is Rin, and that she was sealed in the scroll as a request to the fourth hokage so she could get over Obito's death. Rin found out that they are the same age since she didn't age in the scroll, also that he had the nine-tailed demon fox sealed in him. Naruto was glad she didn't hate him, because of the fox.
