It had been three years since Naraku was defeated and the jewel was no longer in had returned to her own time and the well was sealed but the feelings between Inuyasha and kagome than Miroku and Sango had married and had two twin daughters named Mika and Ai,they just had a healthy baby boy named had moved on with life, shippo had grown and was in search of a mate, Sesshomaru still traveled with Rin and jaken at his side and Kohaku had passed on also except Inuyasha, and Kagome to.
Kagome POV It's been three years since the well was sealed and I was stuck here in the modern era.I had just graduated highschool but had no intentions for college.I miss Inuyasha terribly and wish I could be with him right now.I go to the well everyday trying to reach him but I never succeed,that is till now...
I walked into the shrine where the well was, I looked down and cried till there were no more tears because I knew the well was sealed forever but I coudn't come to face the truth of it because it hurt so I felt a breeze and I looked in the well to see the sky,I thought i was dreaming when my mom came next to me and understood wothout me needing to said our good-bye's becuase once I reached Inuyasha I was never returning to the modern era ever again.I jumped through the well and landed softly in the grass of the fuedal era.
Inuyasha POV I was at the sacred tree looking back to all my old memorie with Kagome and me and realized just how much I loved and missed when a familiar scent hit my nose and I dashed off towards the well like a mad man in when i saw Kagome standing there like she was waiting for me.
Normal POV They ran towards eachothers stayed they way till Inuyasha told kagome to get on his back and he took her to a cave so they could be alone to talk and sat down with Kagome in Inuyasha's lap for what seemed like eternity just talking than Inuyasha closed the distance by pulling in Kagome for a heated yet passionate slowly laid down and made love to woke up in eachothers arms and thats when he realized now they were mates because of previous night went back to the village and built a hut and lived there with there daughter she grew up and left with her mate Daichi.
70 years later...
Kagome had died and Inuyasha soon after because of his longing and broken lived with her mate and pups who rew up and carried on the family name.
Sesshomaru had tooken Rin for a mate after she turned immortal by crossing pathes with a witch who granted her lived in the Western Lands together in with their many pups...
THE END Even with them physically gone Inuyasha and Kagome's love lasted forever even after death!
