Hey guys, it has been awhile since I started a new story, hope you all enjoy!
Disclaimer: I do not own WWE in any way.
I hear it all the time. You're pushed too much. You'll never be able to carry out that character. You can't wrestle to save your life. Do you really think you can carry these matches forever?
But to make it in this buisness, you learn to tune this all out, to focus on your goals ,your accomplishments.
In this Buisness I'm known as Trish Stratus, 100 Stratusfaction right? Wrong. According to my boss that is anyway. I''ve just left his office I'm afraid that he's gonigt o pull out that little pink slip any day now. I can hear it now, 'Im sorry Patritia, but Im going to have to release you.'
But in the back of my racing mind, I know that I still have some days left. I love this buisness, I always have. Even when every time someone told me that I wasn't going to make it. It is a passion I have, and I'll live it out until I can't do it anymore.
My boss had only called me in his office for some 'constructive Critism'. And I'll make sure to take to it if I want to stay. He said I need some fresh new characteristics, I can do that. But I can already see, as can anyone in the buisness that he's already pulling in some fresh new characters, alot younger too. But none of them can carry out a match like the Divas that have been here for a good while.
My match card was nothing out of the usual tonight. A boring battle against Torrie and her followers, as Mickie James as my partner. Mickie's Character couldn't drive me more crazy. But she's became an awsome friend, and a good rind partner.
"Patritia, wait up." I heard Amy say from a few feet behind. I stopped for a moment and let her catch up.
"Did Vince say anything about your match card next week?" I was hoping for a feud against her again. We did put a good show on in the ring.
"No. And I'm starting to wonder if he ever will. I need a match Trish." She said.
And she was right, everyone was beginning to wonder if Vince was in a tie between letting her continue with her career, and letting her move on to what she deserves.
"Really? Getting a bit rusty in the ring Amy?" I check my cell phone for any missed messages.
"No, I've been making sure to keepin shape. When he does put me back in that ring, Im going to be ready, and Im going to show my fans that I haven't been lacking, and not just taking a long vacation."
"Right, but I know that your fans don't think you're taking a break, they know you're trying your best to build back up on a match."
She nodded in agreement, but I could tell her mind was off somewhere else.
"Just wait until next week. We'll make sure that you get your match card"
promises a longer chapter next time Sorry its a bit late in the night. I'll continue for a few reviews.:)
