A strange child sat there, as they dim rays of the sun finally fell behind the mountains. He sat there on a thick tree branch. Balancing nimbly, and bent over with crossed hands as if he were holding something. He was being careful not to move too much, and not wake the dark purple fairy that was lying in his lap asleep. This day marked the 2nd month since that boy had finally left. The one dressed in green garb,
He was the boy that saved Termina.
The sun finally hid completely behind the mountains. The darkness fell over the land as fairy orbs and lighting bugs lit up the small areas that weren't already lit up by the tiny bits of the suns warmth that was left. This boy, who was sitting on that tree branch, that was located in an unmarked location, that was unknown to anybody but the boy and his two close fairy friends; He was different that most of the skullchildren that inhabited the lost woods. At that moment, the events of those three days flashed through his head for a moment. It was very odd for a Skull child to think like this. Most Skullchildren were fast to think and to do things. But this skull child had been through lot more than most of the rest. He had seen a lot and been through a lot of different situations. He found himself to think about things before he did them a little more, but he was still mischievous and playful, as always.
The boy sighed and yawned, as he grew weary. But his thinking kept him awake. He was startled suddenly as a familiar yellow glow shined near his face, but he kept his sleepy expression.
"What's up with you?" Her young yet mature voice whispered out to him, also trying not to wake up the sleeping purple fairy.
The child looked up at her, even though she didn't have eyes, he could feel her look going right through him and into his white glowing eyes.
"nothing…" His raspy voice broke the silence in-between the two. The girl fairy scoffed a bit in annoyance. She hated when Skullkid kept stuff from her. Ever since he was taken over by Majora he has been more quiet and doesn't talk as much. This annoyed her, though her short temper and attitude covered up the fact she was actually a bit concerned for him.
Instead of trying to continue this conversation she let out a sigh in defeat. She floated carefully and calmly toward his arms and snuggled in next to the other fairy. Skullkid looked down at the two fairies, careful not to move around too much. He didn't want to admit it, but he was quite smitten with these two fairies, but with being a skull child, who is usually cold hearted and prank pulling, he wouldn't admit it. Soon the night completely fell over and the darkness completely surrounded them. He looked around and made sure the fairies were asleep, when he was assured there was nobody around he looked at the two and let out a smile. He felt his weariness take over as his eyes slowly closed, and in the same sitting position he let himself fall asleep. He was still trying not to move too much to wake the fairies, which lay in his lap asleep.
