Okay so I know most of you guys will probably HATE this. But I was just thinking about how the 100th episode could have ended differently and this came to mind. Obviously it changes most if not all of the story line from the past 5 years, but still. Let me know what you think. I desperately want Booth and Brennan to be together, they're perfect for one another. So, I created this. Please don't hate, its just for fun.

"You guys kissed? How long did this affair last?"

They looked at one another, hesitated, and then she asked, "Should we tell him?"

They turned back to look at him.

He smiled like he was keeping a secret. "The affair never ended."

Dr. Sweets looked confused, then appalled, then confused again. He stuttered and became silent.

She continued, "We didn't have sex that night. But we did go back to his apartment. Both of us were too intoxicated to be physical on any level, so we fell asleep together on his couch."

"I woke up the next morning with the worst hangover of my life. I got up, made breakfast for the two of us, and got in the shower. By the time I was out, she was awake and sitting at the table eating. I sat down and we made small talk." He paused, wanting her to continue their story.

"I went back to my own apartment later that morning. He called me that afternoon and asked me over to his place for dinner. We spent the night together, like we had intended for the night before, and he came to my apartment the next night. It's been like that ever since."

Sweets finally spoke, "What? You… what? You guys are… together? What?"

He picked up where she left off. "Going on five years. We've been apart a few times. But for the past year, it's just been the two of us."

She finished, "We decided it was time to tell you. Clearly you've seen that our relationship has not affected our work together, so there should be no need to make a big deal about this."

They rose together and left, staying silent until the elevator doors closed on them.

He turned to her and smiled, "Let's go home."

She grinned, "Our home."

They disembarked the elevator and left the parking garage, arriving at her apartment together; their apartment together.

Standing in their kitchen, making small talk, she turned to him.

"I love you, Booth."

He turned to her, wrapped his arms around her waist, picked her up and carried her off into their bedroom whispering, "I love you too, Bones,"
