I always wanted to go to the beach and feel the wind in my hair and the sand between my toes. My little toes… But you kept saying, "Never. Guys will gawk at you and I'll be the one to pay the price." No matter how much I wanted to go, I never went. The only reason why is because you said so. You was like an older brother to me. You took care of me and protected me. But I never realized how much more we were until I defied you. I went to the beach. Yes, I went to the beach and I had fun. I felt the sand between my little toes and the wind in my blond hair. But all fun and games came to a halt when I found a letter written by you. I can't remember it exactly but I do remember you wrote, "I'm sorry I left you.", "I only wanted the best for you." And most importantly, "Aishiteru." Now I realized what we could have been. As I write this letter now I want to say something I never got a chance to say.
