A/N: Done without proofreading again. A small trib to Robo Noodle! Enjoy! R&R!

She was just a machine.

She didn't feel, she didn't think.

She obeyed his orders, because she was programmed to do as such.

She obeyed all of his orders.

If he told her to kill, she killed.

She was a machine, so she didn't feel empathy for the lives she'd ended.

If her told her to steal, she stole.

She was artificial, so she didn't feel guilt for the money and jewels that weren't rightfully hers.

If her told her to fuck him, she fucked him.

She was made of metal, so she didn't feel pleasure.

She was a pathetic, tainted imitation of someone pure.

She could not hate the selfish, cruel, and sadistic man like the real one could.

Yet she could not love him, either.

The fealty she swore, was inputted via a computer.

Even so,

When the real one retuned…

When his face lit up with relief…

When she saw them embrace…

When she saw them walk off together, leaving her to be swept away by the incoming tide,

She could not help but cry out his name.

If they ever discovered her, sitting in her watery grave on the ocean floor;

They would find that she broke down not because of the sea,

But because of a broken, mechanical heart.
