Author's notes: This is the set up for a crossover I'm gonna be writing. It's an attempt to fix the biggest two problems that are made in this crossover set. Goku being too strong and the different worlds they take place in. Right now I wanted to see how well the set up. As a result, it's a little rough and I won't be leaving it up for long. I just needed to see what people think of the setup.

Chapter 1

"Who are you?" Goku pleaded with the Namekian.

"My name isn't important to a murderer like you!" He shouted as he continued to charge up. "For what you've done to my planet, feel my wrath!"

The Namekian suddenly unleashed a devastating shock wave that ripped through Goku. For a brief moment, Goku felt sick to his stomach. As soon as the shock wave passed though, he felt something was wrong, but he couldn't figure out exactly what it was. He filed away the sensation for later thought

"What! No one has ever survived that attack!" the Namekian shouted as he charged up to fire again.

"Please stop this meaningless attack. I'm not your enemy!"

"The killer of Namek is my foe!"

"I wasn't the one that destroyed the planet..."

"Lies! I saw you fleeing the planet on the long range scanners."

"I was on the planet stopping the monster that did that."

"Silence!" the Namekian began to fire several more of his blast at Goku. Each time, Goku remained untouched. "Grrr... If I can't kill you, I'll get rid of you so you can't ever harm another soul again!"

With this unexpected announcement, Goku braced himself for the worst. Even though all the Namekian's attacks had been relatively weak, he knew if his foe became desperate enough, he could even try to destroy the planet. His current didn't deserve to be destroyed over a misunderstanding.

As he tried to figure out what the Namekian was planning, he felt an odd energy forming. It was different in it's pattern. It reminded him of something from the past. He just couldn't remember what.

"Now vanish from this reality forever!" Behind Goku, it happened. A spiral energy vortex opened. While his focus was on the vortex, the Namekian charged with a hard attack that thrusted Goku into the vortex.

"What the... No!" Goku screamed. He quickly tried to power up and fight his free fall, but then it hit him. Those blast some how stole his energy. He was almost powerless to fight his fall towards the vortex. With no time left, he focused his remaining power around himself and prayed that he would survive some how.
