Foot steps echoes across a room that seems void of light but as the foot steps stopped,the room suddenly in a flash the room light with holographic screens of news reports of bizarre events that happened to various waterfronts on the eastern seaboard in which the epicenter appeared to be in the state of Delmarva
In the centre of the holographic newsfeed stands a bald man who had an eye patch covering his left eye and wearing a black coat. he tap the hologram screens to watch the multiple new coverage on how certain parts of the ocean disappeared in small parts of the country to only to come back, as well as eyewitness reports of a large tower structure made of water that reach out into space.
the public at large was relieved that nobody was injured during this weird events but rest was worried that this was an atlantean attack but so far Atlantis nor its enemies has not claimed responsibility for this event. The man with the eyepatch tap the holographic screen to switch from newsfeed to satellite images of the water tower from the base of it to the top of the structure.
the images also show signs of a battle between two groups of combatants , one what appeared to made of water, at the base of the tower while the images of the top of the water made structure show what looks a young kid talking with blue skinned woman. the man continued to swipe though the images of the events that happened at the water structure.
from what he could tell that the blue woman was most likely responsible for what happen to the ocean. another thing he noticed was that the kid was able to talk her to releasing the ocean before she grow wings made of water and flew into space.
the man tap the holo-graphic screen again to switch from the images of the event to pictures of people who appeared at ground zero of this event.
"Director fury" a voice came from behind him "Are you sure that we should get in involved with them? they are capable of handling there own messes"
He turn around to face the source of the concerned voice "That's true but this is clearly different than an corrupted gem attack that was caught on film by some punks phone." Director fury turn his attention back to the screen "This time they can't just simply bubble there problems away "
"So how do you want to precede than?" the other in the room said as he walk towards Fury who taps the screen to reveal a photo of the young man who possibly saved the state of Delmarva
"You want me recruit him into the program, but sir he's just a kid" the man protested before Fury turn to face him "A Kid who has potential to become one of the greats"
The man let out a sigh of defeat because he knew it was pointless to argue with Director Fury once has him mind has made up.
"Well I hear Beach city is quite nice this time of year"
