Chapter One:

There they stood at the top of Mount Asama gazing down the mountain side. It had been a long battle and a bloody one. They lost most the scouts and Tuxedo Mask. All that remained of this horrifying battle were Serena and Lita, one to strong to die and the other too stubborn. Both girls were broken and beaten and were struggling to stand with little strength they had left. Neither knew what they should do at this point. Do they continue down the mountain and scout if there were any more youma or should they head back to Tokyo and lick their wounds. In the end they chose he latter of the two.

"I don't know what we should do now. I know Chaos is still out there, I can feel her creeping on the outskirts of my mind. Lita, what do we do?" The small queen was lost and hurting.

"I don't know Sere, I don't know. If I were to think if a next step I would, I don't know I just can't think of anything right now. All I keep seeing is the bloody, dead bodies of our friends. I know the war isn't over, but what can we do? There's only the two of us."

At that moment a loud explosion shook the mountains and then went quiet. The girls didn't have too much time to fix themselves up before the fight would begin again. They knew that they would most likely die, but it was a death they had prepared for and were accepting of.

A thousand years in the making, this last battle was. The journey from the Silver Millenium to the present time had been a long and numbing journey, but it was now they would walk this path if only one more time. They would accept the fate that was bestowed upon them so long ago. They would die in the name of the planets they fought for, the world they lived in.

"It's time." With a look both girls ran to where the tremor has taken place. "We need to hurry, we can't stop til Chaos is gone."

Approaching the mountain they saw several hundred if not a thousand youma. "Games on Sere-Sailor Moon, let's do this!"

With that they ran into the fight screaming out their commands of power, fight and screaming and hacking and slashing as they went. As they approached the place where the youma appeared they saw a figure looming nearby.

"Sailor Moon, it's her. it's Chaos! We need to attack now before it's too late."

With a nod Sailor Moon ran as fast as her little legs could take her. Not far behind Sailor Jupiter followed.

"Together Lita, we can do this."

"SILVER MOON CRYSTAL POWER"

"JUPITER OAK EVOLUTION"

As both attacks headed on their way, the girls heard Chaos' own attack heading their way. But before the attacks could reach their targets a large and powerful explosion rocked the air and all those in proximity flew back into darkness. No one knew what had happened and no one never would, but for two this would be the beginning of a long and dangerous journey. They just didn't know it yet.
