Pepper and Tony sat in physics class on an average Wednesday afternoon in school, listening to their teacher droll on and on about whatever it was he was teaching. Of course, as fascinated by science as Tony was, it wasn't very fun to sit through something you already know everything about. So instead of paying attention, as usual, he sat quietly at his desk and doodled armor design sketches in his notebook; the same thing he did every day.

Pepper, sitting in the desk diagonally behind him, couldn't help but watch as her boyfriend sat, concentrating on his notebook as he sketched his armor schematics onto the paper. She studied his focused eyes, fast-moving pen in hand and the cute way his tongue poked out of his lips as he was drawing. He looked so serious, and she thought that made him look cute. She admired his icy blue, intent eyes and the pale rosy color painted on his cheeks.

The bubbly teenage girl sighed quietly to herself as she rested her head in her hand, gazing over at her ebony-haired lover as he sat. Soon enough, she drifted into a world of daydreams of memories of the past two weeks that they had been together. There had been cliché yet amazing walks through Central Park at night, movie nights on the weekends…sure, a number of their dates had been interrupted by Iron Man business (which, of course, by now was a generic title, considering there was more than just an Iron Man on the case each time), but even time spent in the armor was made romantic by them.

Pepper's daydreams were soon enough interrupted by a small stack of papers being slammed down on her desk as an annoyed classmate sitting in front of her had been trying to capture her attention for the past five minutes. Pepper blushed and flashed the girl in front of her a sheepish smile, proceeding to pass the rest of the papers down the row.

"Next time, miss Potts, please pay attention." The teacher said, noticing the commotion from his students. Tony glanced back at his girlfriend, sporting his trademark playboy smile; that same smile that always made Pepper's heart go crazy. Which didn't help her to stop daydreaming. As much as she always wanted to pay attention to the lessons, Tony always seemed to get in the way of that. He seemed to have made his place in her mind definite by now. She would forever be stuck with thoughts of his adorable ebony hair, which fell on his head perfectly and messily.

A few minutes later, Pepper's thoughts were interrupted once more by the bell ringing. Pepper quickly gathered her things and walked out of the classroom with Tony.

"What was that little mishap about?" Tony asked as he took some of Pepper's books off her hands. Pepper smiled.

"Oh, nothing…I just seem to be having trouble paying attention in class." Pepper said sheepishly, smiling.

"Yeah, I wonder why I've heard that before." Tony said teasingly.

"I dunno, maybe because it's always your fault." Pepper said, hitting him playfully on the arm.

"Aw, what'd I do?" Tony asked with a smile.

"You're too darn perfect!" Pepper explained with a smile as she placed her fingers between his and held on to his hand. Tony smiled as they approached her locker.

Life is good.

This was short and weird and honestly I forgot where I got the idea for this…I think it was just kinda random. But ah well, I think its okay. (I'm just saying that cuz I need to write ten more stories to make it to 200 lol XD ) but anyways, review!
