Maximum Ride: Full Moon Rising
This Book is about Max and Eraser Max, and there realationships with Fang and Ari, I would just like to point out that i don't own Maximum ride, or any other characters, but any Characters which aren't in any of the other books are my characters.
Chapter 1 - Going down hill from here.
Max breathed carefully, making sure she didn't wake up the rest of the flock. She eased open the car door and stepped outside. The fresh air hit her like a wall. They had been travling in their beaten up mini van for so long that she couldn't even remember what it felt like to spread her wings.
Yes you heard me right," wings", as in 2 of them." What, kids with wings?" your thinking" Cant be right" but no, i'm telling the truth when i tell you that we have them.
You see, were not angles, or messengers from God, if thats what your thinking. Were the result of years of genetic research and human testing. As babies we were stolen from our families and taken to a secret facilitie known as the school, were men in white jackets altered our DNA, combinding it with bird DNA, making us homo avian sapiens, or Avian Americans as we like to call our selves. We each have our own special power, but i wont get into that right now.
Max Stretched out her wings so that each tip was as far away from her as possible. The wingspan was huge, and she had to be careful not to hit the bus.
She flapped her wings and then " bam" just like that she was up in the air, soaring above the trees, slowly watching the sceanery grow smaller and smaller. And then she looked up. She had never seen the moon so big before, and never so, so, enchaating.
Then something with in her changed,something connected. She started to lose control of her wings. She began to feel more unruley. As she fell to the earth, her clothes ripped, skin blistered, and her hair wipped around her head. Whatever was happening to her, it was happening fast.
