I wrote this after realizing I don't think I've ever written a real Gloq(or Boqinda, as I prefer to call it) oneshot. That is a shame, because I like the pairing. So here it is, and I hope you enjoy!
"Miss Galinda?"
"Galinda, I was wanting to speak with you."
"Miss Galinda, I wanted to give you something!" Ahh, the joys of a Munchkin in love. Sure enough, the last one did the trick.
Galinda turned away from her gaggle of friends to see Boq approaching her. "To give me something? Why Biq, that's ever so kind!" She squeeled, rising from her seat at one of the tables in Shiz's crowded cafeteria.
He blushed at her fawning and was able to overlook her mispronounciation of his name. "Aw, it's nothing too much," he said, scoffing his shoe on the floor. He handed her a small white box tied with a pink ribbon.
"Now, what could this be?" She smiled and untied the ribbon. She playfully tossed it at him, letting it fall on his shoulder. She opened the box and gasped. "Oh! Oh Biq, this is too much." The little box held a pair of saphire stud earings.
"It's nothing, Miss Galinda. I wanted to get you something the color of your eyes... the saphires aren't beautiful enough, but they're as close as I could get."
She felt her eyes tear up. There was something so... genuine about him! "Well thank you... but what's the occasion. Valentine's Day was a few days ago..."
"I know. I didn't want to get you something for Valentine's Day. I wanted to get you something for a special holiday, a day all your own."
Boq recieved a special gift as well: a kiss from Miss Galinda.
