Hermione Granger was tired. Tired from trying to get all her homework done, head-girl-duties done and getting sleep.

The latter had not come easily, as Draco Sodding Malfoy had been keeping her up. With his stupid "uuh-look at me, i'm so hot, i have to flip my hair at least twice per minute"-attitude. She was getting quite angry, actually.

Just yesterday had he been pounding on her door, trying to get her to translate something from runes. She had just cast a silencing charm on the door, but he still annoyed her.

And this night was the final straw.

He could AT LEAST try to keep his (horrid, might i had) voice down when he was taking a shower. At three a clock in the sodding morning. She stomped out of her room, into their common area (she was rather sad to be sharing all of this.. With him) and stood, arms crossed in front of the door that lead to their shared bathroom.

After what seemed like an enternity, he finally came out, back to her.

"I am hoping you have a very decent excuse for that INGORANT behavior, Malfoy." she sneered at him.

"bloody hell, Granger, what the.. Oh, god, what are you doing out here?" He asked her, a frown on his face.

"I'll tell you. I was being kept awake by your HORENDOUS voice in the middle of the bloody night!" she snarled at him.

"well, sorry. I just thought a shower would do me good." he drawled at her.

"you know what? I HATE you, Draco Malfoy. I hate the way you do your stupid hair-flip, i hate your attitude, i hate the way you look at me, i hate the way you stand, i hate the way you talk, and i can't STAND to look at you, because i HATE what you do to me!" She screeched at him.

"well, i hate you too, then." He said, a real smile forming on his lips. He took 2 strides to stand in front of her.

"I hate the way you make me feel, Hermione." He whispered.

he kissed her. It felt like fireworks, and just as qiuckly as it had started, it ended.

"What the HELL do you think you're doing!?" she screamed while wiping her mouth. He smirked.

"well, Granger" he smirked "it seems as though i have just kissed you."

he leaned up against the doorframe, and she glared at him. "well.. that was.. I didn't need that!" she said. he just raised his eyebrow.

And she couldn't substain any longer; she ran up to him and kissed him just as fiercly as she would have done before.

Panting, they drew away from eachother. "what was that for?" He murmured, leaning in to her hair.

"simply because i hate you." She smiled into his broad shoulder.
