The Girl from the Wolf Mountains

In a war-torn world, Rose Tyler becomes assistant to a scientist known as the Doctor, but ends up becoming assistant to an entirely different man that also went by "the Doctor".

The war had been going on for years and years, half a century at least. A violent group known as the Silence rose up against several governments and with ease destroyed them. The damaged people managed to rebuild things somewhat, with a few small countries that were mostly collections of army bases in a general area operating under one leadership, but the people were fine with having this until they managed to overcome Kovarian and her followers.

Vitex was one of the richer new countries and the Silence were starting to concentrate their attacks on it, so the president, Pete Tyler from the Wolf Mountains, sent his daughter away to the country across the mountains, for he knew money wasn't the only reason for the Silence attacking Vitex. His daughter, Rose, was powerful and if the Silence got that power they could end the war and destroy everything that had been rebuilt in the past decades.
