Sasuke didn't even wince as the last of the villagers whom were once his friends fell to the ground. As he turned, he spotted something unacceptable.

Juugo had been wounded, badly. Sasuke sighed and shook his head. He couldn't save Juugo easily, it would be less work to just kill him. As he walked over towards the man, he pulled his sword from its sheath. His hand rose but before he could deliver the final blow, Suigetsu stood between the two.

"Sasuke. Knock it off, K?" he challenged him.

Sasuke smirked and was about to strike again when a hand rested on his shoulder.

"Sasuke-kun. I can heal him." Karin offered.

Sasuke shrugged indifferently.

"Taku, Sasuke. You could at least be more concerned for Juugo's well being." Suigetsu rolled his eyes when Karen started to lecture him on not reprimanding her "Sasuke-kun."

"I don't care. You are not the typical shinobi, true, and it would be hard to replace you. But I carry no concerns or feelings for any of you." he walked off then reached the gates and ran.

Glancing over his shoulder, he called. "Better be back at base by midnight."

Suigetsu rolled his eyes and turned back to Juugo and Karin.

"I'm finished. Suigetsu, can you carry him? I'm going back to base." she got up quickly and left.

"Yeah, fine. Teme," he grumbled as he bent down and grabbed on of Juugo's arms.

"Th-thanks, Suigetsu.." Juugo's voice sounded a bit croaky and shaky, but fine.

"Oh..no problem." Suigetsu had to turn to hide the blush that was growing. He helped his friend up. "Can you stand?"

Juugo nodded and wrapped an arm around the other. The shinobi turned his head to hide the blush that slowly creeped up his face. They headed back to base, where Suigetsu gently lay Juugo onto his bed. He turned to leave when Juugo spoke.

"Wait...Please stay." Suigetsu smiled softly then moved to sit by the bed.

"Ok. It's annoying, but for you I guess I could-"

His sentence was cut off when Juugo pulled him down and kissed him. Suigetsu's mouth was open from shock and Juugo pushed his tongue in, gently roaming and stroking the sweet cavern. Finally, they both pulled away.

"Mm. Suigetsu-chan...I didn't know that you were so tasty."

Suigetsu blushed. The man whom he liked, who he constantly stole glances at, finally kissed him! He was speechless as Juugo flipped them both over so that the blue haired man, or boy, was underneath.

"M-matteo, Juugo-kun!" he murmured breathlessly as the other teased him.

"Mmm. Why should I wait, Sui-chan?" Juugo asked, pressing his mouth against the flushed neck before him.

"B-because...I've never done this before.." the excuse was pathetic and Suigetsu knew it.

Juugo smiled and stroked Suigetsu's cheek carefully, as though afraid that he would break.

"I'll be gentle...just this once."

A/N: yeah..one more chapter then it's over. Sorry for the long wait, Jodie-chan, demo my inspiration has been lacking for everything but families lately so... BUT before I start new stories i have to finish old ones.
