A/N: This is a poem written after Link told Zelda that he didn't want to marry her. He left her but gave her a rose. Zelda is emotional.
She looks down at her soft rose
Lost in memories, in a doze
From her eye, falls a tear
In it lies sorrow and despair
It lands softly on the rose's petal
She wanted to cry, not to settle
More tears fall from her glistening eye
Why did her love leave her? Why?
Remembering the good times that they had
Hating the moments that were dark and bad
Pondering her thoughts, what happens now?
To get over this emotion is something she wouldn't allow
Her last tear falls gently down her nose
As she sits on her bed, staring at her rose.
