I'm doing this series of 50 One-Shots about the Founders of Hogwarts, after a challenge that I found on the forum Harry Potter Fanfiction Challenges (the topic name is Favorite Era Bootcamp Challenge). I am not a native English speaker, please correct my mistakes in the reviews so I can improve !

I cannot bear it", said Rowena, shuddering. It was cold - really cold. The great castle that Godric, Salazar, Helga and herself should not be made of stone, but of something warmer, much warmer. They wore heavy fur jackets, but it still wasn't enough to make them feel alright.
"We are in need of a dragon", said Godric, jumping on his feet. Godric had an annoying tendency to jump on his feet anytime he had a good idea. And the ideas were generally not even good.
"A dragon. How could I not have thought of that earlier", sighed Salazar with biting irony, obviously discouraged with his friend's stupidity. Rowena had to agree on that one, though - it was a rather stupid idea.
"We cannot heat the castle by ourselves, as it would drain our energy, and after our passing away, the castle would become freezing again", insisted Godric, stubborn.
And come to think of it, he wasn't wrong. The fireplaces would never be enough - and that is how the not-so-fake legend of the dragon in the heart of Hogwarts was invented.
