Since I got great reviews on my first story I thought that I would get another one-shot up. Enjoy.
Have I ever told you about the boy and a fire elemental? No? Oh good well here we go.
It was one of those days where you could just stand outside and not move, the sky was a brilliant blue, the sun was a radiant glowing orb high in the sky and the day couldn't have been any more perfect than what it already was. Finn a young, human boy was once again looking for something to do. His best friend and brother, Jake the dog, who was yellow and had magical stretching powers, was busy with his family leaving Finn all alone to do what he pleased.
Finn was getting that age where boys start taking an interest into girls and he had already had been rejected more than once and was starting to feel sorry for himself. As he was walking through the woods he noticed mushrooms growing on the trees, they had vibrant colours and markings on the top of them and Finn grew very fond of the mushrooms. He kept walking further into the wood and realised that the trees had purple apples on them. Finn was now absolutely confused and started to turn and walk back the way he came, as he was strolling home he noticed that the trees started to get covered by fungus, ever so slightly. This worried Finn and he had now gone into a full sprint, everywhere he looked fungus was growing and at an alarming rate. As he ran to the edge of the wood and noticed that I barbed wire had been placed to stop anyone getting in or out. Finn skidded to a halt and whipped out his sword and began slashing at the fence but to no avail, the fence was not taking any damage. Finn's instincts kicked in and he frantically searched for any form of a way out. The beating of his heart drowned out the sound of the outside world like a dark and haunting orchestra.
He was starting to run out of breathe and decided to take a break in a clearing, as he caught his breathe he started to hear the soft and soothing sound of humming getting closer to the other side of the clearing. Finn readied his sword for whatever it might be hoping that it wouldn't cause any trouble. The humming got louder and louder until the source revealed itself. It was a fire elemental, a female fire elemental, and judging by the crown on her head you could see that she was part of the royal family. She was wearing and elegant orange dress which came down to the floor and looked like it was made of fire. Her hair was also pure fire and was in a point running down part of her back to make it look like a pigtail. She looked over at Finn a giggled, Finn blushed madly. The fire elemental gracefully walked over to the log which Finn was sitting on and placed herself next to him. Finn couldn't say another word as he was stunned by her beauty and her radiance. All of a sudden she started leaning in closer and closer until her lips were almost touching his. One more move was all that took and just as that was about to happen…..
He woke up. He sat in bed for what seemed like forever, pondering over his dream. He was suddenly snapped out of his daze by a knocking at the door, he went down stars and opened the door to see… The fire elemental. And all that he could say was "Don't I know you?"
