Maria sat in her apartment thinking about Jeff and why he may have left so suddenly. The possibility that she may never see him again hung on her mind. She loved him with all her heart but she couldn't comprehend why he may have gone. She just hoped he would come back.

They finally tracked down Jeff, but it was already too late. By the time they got to him he was already dead from a drug overdose. It broke Maria's heart. She committed suicide a week later.
