Neji x Gwen

A Lucky Dream

"Your so useless."

"Your powerless."

"Your nothing but annoying."

"Obnoxious."

"Boring."

"Waste of time. Life"

"You should just die."

Gwen screamed herself to wake up from her nightmare.

She wasn't any of those things. She wasn't any of that.

No way.

"Gwen?" A voice spoke at her door.

Gwen looked to see Neji at her door.

"Neji?" She had tears in her eyes.

Neji walked in sat next to her hugged her.

"It's okay." He said.

Gwen cried in his arms. Hugging him tight.

"I'm not useless. I'm not boring. And I'm not not annoying." She said.

"Why would you be?" Neji asked.

"Just my dreams lately are..." She couldn't bring them up again. She cried once again.

"You are nothing like that. You are beautiful. Powerful. Amazing. Pure hearted. You Gwen, are nothing but joy." neji said to her.

Gwen smiled. "Thanks."

"Whatever you are. I like you. All of you that everyone would think it's not worth it. I say all of you is better then part of you." Neji said.

Gwen nodded at him.

"Thank you Neji. You really are a great friend." She said.

Neji kissed her head and left the room.

Gwen slept more soundly that night. Until she felt like she needed something more.

Neji on the other hand had his own troubles.

He kept thinking of his own dream. Him dying and leaving Gwen all alone in the world.

What would happen to her? If he's gone then, what would she do?

"Neji?" Gwen knocked on his door. Neji sat up as she walked in.

"What is it?" He asked.

"Can I sleep with you? I'd feel better." Gwen asked.

Neji was a man of respect. Well, to other people.

"Sure." He said. He couldn't help it. Gwen was too sweet and innocent. She was an angel on earth.

Gwen crawled under the covers and snuggled up next to him.

Neji smiled. He so loved her. But he couldn't say it. Not now. Once Gwen fell right to sleep, he slid under the covers next to her. Kissing her cheek. "Goodnight Gwen. I love you." He whispered and fell asleep.

The two had wonderful dreams that night. Dreams that almost matched each others. A romantic love.

"I love you too Neji." Gwen said in her sleep.
