Gathering knowledge of herbs, treatments and
Medicines, studying how the body works and how to
Repair it, they share one sacred trust.
Call them doctors, nurses, EMTs, surgeons and nurse
Practitioners.

Where they're needed, they go. Caring for the sick in
Infirmaries, treating battlefield wounds or the dying
Victims of acts of terror, we call and they respond.
Call them courageous, dedicated, resourceful and
Prepared.
They are Hippocrates' daughters.

We rely on their compassion and insight, on their
Intelligence, discretion and strength. We depend on
Their courage. When chaos reigns and life hangs in the
Balance, we look first to them for direction.
