A girl who resembled Natsu was in a white skirt, shirt, and a shimmering cape. She had a sword in her hand and looked behind her, "No! If you go, you'll be killed! Just like the rest of them!" The other shouted, she had raven black hair. "If I don't fight Walpugis, thousands will die." She replied. "I'm the only one left to fight it." The girl with pink hair replied. Her hair was long, down to her knees. White lights were in her hair, glowing. "Please, don't go and fight." The raven haired girl cried. "Sorry," the pinkette stepped back. "I'll be back soon." And then jumped off, to fight Walpurgis. "No!" The raven haired girl screamed. Her sword was in her hand, and she landed on the ground. She walked toward Walpurgis. Not doing anything special, just walking to the greatest enemy of all Puella Magi. All of Phantom Lord and Fairy Tail were watching what the girl did. She jumped from building to building, dodging familiars. "Walpurgis, the only witch that doesn't need a labyrinth." Natsu stared in disbelief. Her bangs were hiding her eyes. All Lucy could see were the dead bodies of the fallen Puella Magi. "Those girls, are they dead?" She whimpered. Loki nodded, "I'm afraid so." "Why! Why would they do that?" was all Natsu could think. "I guess this fate isn't that bad, better than becoming a witch, right?" The pinkette muttered. "What do you mean?" Lucy asked. "Once you make a contract, there is almost no way out, once you make the contract, your fate is sealed to be a witch, just like the one you see." The pinkette replied. She had dead eyes, her eyes were blue, but had no life what so ever. "You have to fight that thing alone?" Lucy asked. The girl nodded. "That seems like an awful opponent. Is there any way we could help you?" Lucy asked once more. She girl shook her head. "What about me?" Natsu asked. "I'm sorry, but this world's magic has no effect." She said lifelessly. "Why don't I just make a contract myself?" Lucy asked. Her face stayed emotionless. "If you did, are you willing to accept despair? If you make a contact, you are knocking on death's door. If you make a contract, you are bound to die." The girl said bluntly. "I'm ready to accept those terms." Lucy declared. Kyubey appeared. "What is your wish that will make your soul gem shine?" He asked Lucy. "I…I wish that I am able to fight, and keep everyone I care about safe." She said. A few moments later, her soul gem appeared. "You won't be alone anymore." Lucy said to the girl. Her face only had sadness. "You have no idea what you have done, miss. By making a contract, you have sealed your fate. You will meet your end by dying as a Puella Magi, or you will turn into a witch." The girl warned. "Then, I'll just end my life here and now, by defeating the witch you call Walpurgis." Lucy announced. All she did was cast a spell, and as a result, Walpurgis died in one shot by Lucy. She looked down as the pinkette was on the ground, a grief seed in her hand. "I won't be a witch." She said. She broke her own grief seed, and as a result, she lay lifeless. Two guilds just saw a girl they didn't even know die. "Thank you."
