So I recently bought a Cerise Hood doll for my Ever After High collection (I do OOAK as a hobby), and I liked how she vaguely resembled the J.K. Rowling version of Sirius Black.
Maybe there was a little too much resemblance…
The idea struck and I was forced to write. Here are 10 reasons why Cerise Hood is really the daughter of Sirius Black.
…
Jacob Black and Sirius Black share the same last name. Which indicates that the proud Black heritage had a few unspeakable members burned off the family tree centuries ago, indicating Werewolves are indirectly linked to the family line, a.k.a. Cerise Hood was the daughter of a (were) wolf.
Cerise can't tell anyone who her father is, because he's the Big Bad Wolf. Ever wonder who escaped from Azkaban?
Cerise's father and mother were never supposed to love each other. Which could indicate why Sirius never mentioned a lover, or figured out he could possibly have a daughter.
Cerise has grey eyes. According to the movie, Sirius' eyes are blue. But J.K. Rowling listed his eyes as grey. Stick to the cannon.
Cerise has dark brown/black hair. Okay, the silver streak is a little much. But … you get the picture.
Cerise has to fight against her "dark lineage." Slytherin come to mind? Sirius got the same flak for being sorted into Gryffindor. I'm beginning to see a pattern here…
Cerise is labelled as a "Rebel who has no choice." Who else was labelled a criminal on false charges?
In the tv show Ever After High, Cerise wears her hood to hide her wolf ears. But the Ever After High dolls all have normal human ears. Conclusion: Cerise can transfigure her ears at will. A sign of her glitched heritage or an animagus trick she gleaned from her father?
Cerise's diary stated her father can change from Wolf to Human whenever he wants. Cue Sirius the puppy dog. Need I say more?
Cerise says about herself, "I am a secret", indicating she is one of the unnamed characters drifting through the Hogwarts universe, never to be acknowledged in cannon.
