"Sweetie you want to go to Chanel tomorrow and we can buy that pretty clutch we saw?" Julie said trying to cheer her daughter up, Kaitlin was eight and stood their in the hallway and holding her glass of water, she was used to Marissa get everything she wanted. Jimmy said, "I know, how about I take you two to Baskin Robbins" Kaitlin said, "Okay dad" Marissa sniffled and said, "'Kay Daddy" Marissa got up and went into her bedroom.
Kaitlin followed Marissa and said, "He's only doing that so you can feel better and stop crying" Marissa was putting on another layer of her new Chanel lip gloss, and glared at Kaitlin and said, "That was really mean of you Kaity!" Kaitlin shrugged and said, "Marissa get over it I'm younger yeah so what your just a cry baby who gets everything when you go crying to dad" Marissa glared at her younger sister, she was already eight years old and a mini manipulative Julie Cooper.
"Okay kiddo ready?" Jimmy asked as Marissa came down the stairs, holding onto her Chanel wallet, and Kaitlin behind. Marissa smiled with Jimmy taking her hand to hold onto, Kaitlin hopped into the back of Jimmy's 2001 BMW, with Marissa sitting in the front of the car.
She noticed a pair of her mothers sunglasses where in the car as she placed them on and said, "Well?" and giggled. Her father chuckled and said, "Very Chic Marissa" Kaitlin just gave her a frosty look.
The trio arrived at Baskin Robbins, as Jimmy stood behind the girls and said, "Okay girls choose" Kaitlin said straight away, "Gold Medal Ribbon" it was the ice cream flavour, Kaitlin always had, while Marissa changed her mind to much and said, "Um I want to try the Cherry ice cream" after 30 more sample flavours, the workers grew bored and fustrated with several empty Ice cream spoons and cups were ontop of the counter, Kaitlin was already upto her second Gold Medal Ribbon.
Finally Marissa chose her decider, the Old Fashioned Butter Pecan. While Jimmy chose a Mint Chocolate Chip. On the way home, Marissa then realized, this wasn't the ice cream flavour she wanted and made Jimmy turn around back to Baskin Robbins. The young pimply boy sighed again and knew the little princess was back wanting this time a World Class Chocolate. But this time Marissa was happy for now.
