Katniss P.O.V
I watch as Peeta hands a iced bun to a young girl who is jumping in excitement. Next to her is her mum who then paid, and took her child outside. I look down to the floor, as I look up I notice Peeta staring at me. He has been begging me for a child but I always say no. Peeta walks over to me and takes my hand in his and we begin to walk home.
One the way home Peeta asks "Katniss? I know you hate me saying but, I'm desperate to have a baby." "I'm sorry Peeta, but I don't think I'm ready"I reply. "YOU ONLY THINK ABOUT YOURSELF!" Peeta shouts.
I run as fast as I can towards the lake, I hear Peeta call my name not far behind me. Hes yelling hes sorry. I sit by the lake and bury my head in my arms. Peeta puts his strong arms around me and says hes sorry.
After a while he stands up and says "I only get answers when I say real or not real. You still love me. Real or not real?"
"Real" I answer instantly.
"You Want to be with me. Real or not real?"
"Real. Peeta why are you-"I begin before he cuts me off.
"Just wait. You want me to be happy. Real or not real?"
"Real" I look up at his blue eyes, he has pain in then.
"You want to have our baby. Real or not real?"
My mind is spinning as I think about my answer .Peeta wants this baby so bad. My choice is set. "Real"
Peeta's face expression changes from pain to shock, relief and Pure and utter happiness.
I picks me up and carries me home and into my bedroom where we together make love
