Conclusions by Department:
Political: Seeing as he appears to have made it a personal policy to stay out of anything regarding politics, unless it deals with the DIID, I have little to say. Personally however I'm happy he made his presence known to us in Federation. A whole lot of people sleep better at night knowing that the Guardian is out there looking after our various universes and make sure they remain safe and sound. A great deal of public views him as some sort of super hero who is even willing to stand up to divine powers on their behalf. (He actually has… twice. He won both times.) And finally just about anything the man goes on record as supporting gets passed in the committee of equals because of this. That is all.
Military: He's as much a threat as he is an asset to our Federation. While I personally like the guy, I have to advise that we Increases the amount of funding we have in the research projects based around countering the threat of Reality warppers and Divine powers just in case he ever decides that we are threat to the stability of the multiverse.
Intelligence: To my fellow advisors. You're both idiots. This so called Guardian has gone toe to toe with the ELDER GODS for Pete's sake. Most so called gods fear and respect his power. You don't make friends with something like that and you sure as hell don't try to fight it! The federation Government needs to stop pretending we have some form of control over him and then figure out some way of appeasing him because if he wanted to he could tear our little Inter-Dimensional government apart.

Apparently to better understand the inhabitants of the multiverse the Guardian started to take on host bodies. The Hosts can in fact be killed. Now by no means is this an easy feat, But it can be done, and every time it is the (essence?) of the Guardian selects a new host to inhabit. The current one is a human male of age 43.

Our estimates indicate that he could if he wanted to destabilize and destroy an entire universe if he so wished. However we also believe that this would in fact be a difficult and time consuming task for him. So he does appear to have his limits like every other being in the verse (Creator notwithstanding)
