She was cornered. Vanellope felt helpless as the giant cybug trapped her against a wall. It was significantly bigger than the others and she couldn't even glitch her way around it.
She gulped as she took in what she thought would be her last breath.
And then…
A sudden chocolate rock hit the cybug on the back of the head, and the monster turned around, bringing its full attention from Vanellope to the girl in caramel yellow, who had thrown the rock in the first place.
"Hey!" Torvald yelled "Ya big Gum Wad, over here!"
Vanellope watched as the bug made it's way over to the girl "Noo!" She yelled "Torvald, stay out of it!"
But it was too late.
Vanellope watched as, with a confident smirk on her face as a final goodbye, Torvald was ripped to shreds.
"Nooo" She whined as she hit the ground on her knees and started to cry.
The cybug was shot by the one and only Sgt. Calhoun, who had already exterminated the rest of the beasts… But that couldn't bring her friend back… Nothing could…
Torvald was gone forever.
