Tiana watched the smooth blue ocean in front of her. It felt peaceful while she was waiting for Naveen.
She looked down at her silky white dress; a strand of hair got caught by the wind. While she adjusts it she turned around slightly.
A glossy while car was coming toward her slowly with a few metres away. "Naveen!" she shouted with a smile. Naveen caught the eyes of Tiana that warm fuzzy feeling came all over him. Clutching his fist ready for his proposal to Tiana, he gave her a cheesy smile back.
As Naveen was just about to turn around the corner, a bright red car struck. "Naveen!" Tiana gasped as she saw it happen right before her own eyes. The two cars were flipped over into the air, while the red car slid across to the far right, Naveen's glossy car rolled over and finally smashing on the ground with a loud bang. "No, no…nooo!" "Naveen!" Tiana threw her white satin bag on the concrete; she pulled of the silver high heels dragging on the magnolia petals. She ran as fast as she could towards Naveen. Ducking a couple of cars along the way she reach him. Laying her legs on the hard rocky floors she looked at Naveen. He was bruised on his arms and his forehead. Deep groves appeared on his forehead with turned red with welling blood. Naveen looked up at Tiana face. "Oh..Naveen.."she began with a sob, hers eyes had already poured out her tears. She grabbed her phone with laid in her silk pocket, quickly she flipped it open beginning to dial 111, then Naveen grabbed her arm."Tiana..wait.." "Naveen, its okay I'm calling the ambulance right now..'' "no…" "Naveen" "Tiana…not yet..." "What?..." "Don't call for help yet..." He pulled out a little pink boxed shaped as a heart out of his white tuxedo. " Tiana. You changed my life, I now know what is the most important thing in life now…love…true love….." "Naveen…" Said Tiana while she tried to pull his hand of her arm so she could finish dialling." No…listen..i need to make your dream come true…" "my dream?" "my dream wouldn't be complete..without you in it…" Naveen smiled. "Naveen let me dial them you'll be alright..okay..you'll be fine. We will just be like we used to be …" "Tiana" "what.." Tiana blinked tears rolling them down her cheeks. "I don't want to be just the way we are….i promise to always love you as long as you let me complete your dream and let me be your frog prince.." he opened that pink box and a little ring of gold laid there, decorated with little pearls as the flowers. "Tiana, will you marry me?"
Naveen's eyes were getting weaker. " Naveen just let me finish dialling.." Naveen's grip got harder. "not until you give me an honest answer" said his voice becoming softer. "Naveen..i.." "please" Tiana allowed those mere droplets of water fall.
She answered with a smile. "My dream was to not only get my restaurant…I always wanted to find true love…you are my true love.."
"I love you Naveen." "So it that a yes?" his voice becoming faint. Tiana nodded. His grip slowly loosened and his eyelids fell. Tiana quickly continued dialling getting an operator on. After she finished, she stared at Naveen. His eyes were closed, his palm was lied of the floor still having the ring box on it without any grip. "Naveen?...Naveen…" she began to shake him. "Naveen!" He didn't respond. "no..no..you promised!" "Naveen!" She threw her head down with uncontrollable tears. "you promised….wake up Naveen! Wake up! You can't leave me…" She sobbed "You promised to complete my dream, h-how can I complete it without you?" her voice softened. She held Naveen's head in her palm, slowing placing her fingers on his cheek. "you have to keep your promise…" she whispered.
