Just a short little ficlet, nothing too serious. Mind you, this is my first non-Glee fic!

The wedding would have been like any other wedding. Well, aside from the fact that the groom was a werewolf. Autumn colored ribbons would be intertwined between the surrounding trees, creating an aura of a time for celebration, which of course it was.
Since Jacob would rather die than have his wedding inside, something he would surely remember forever, here they were, barefoot in the soil of a nearby cliff. Bella was wound in a tight but flattering white gown which perfectly accentuated the contours of her petite features. Jacob, who didn't care about anything except the actual marrying, was persuaded into wearing an actual tux instead of jeans. "For Bella" he had said, and everyone had known it to be a true reason. When Edward had left for good, things weren't as bad as expected. Bella knew Jacob was her lifeline. Lifeline was all it was, until it wasn't. Lifeline was all it was until it extended to best friend, to boyfriend, to fiancee.
Jacob had been wary at first. Wary that once again he was just a pawn in Edward and Bella's never ending game of tag. But once Bella willingly got out of bed to see him, to kiss him, to love him, he knew it was the real thing.
So here he stood, watching Bella walk down the isle (barefoot) and giving awkward glances to her parents, all the while looking as beautiful as ever.
Three steps. Two steps. One step. She was here. In front of him. He carefully removed the flowered vail to reveal the most beautiful woman he had ever seen in his life. He could hardly wait for the vows to be exchanged, that was how much he wanted her, how much he needed her.
Words were exchanged -meaningful to Bella, yet meaningless to Jacob-, and claps were heard but not cared about, and then there was kissing. Jacob tried his hardest to control himself, but he was a werewolf, emotions always went rabid.
Bella chuckled as she gave a good-hearted push to Jacob, not wanting to see her "get it on" with her new husband.
In a traditional ceremony, the couple would walk back down the isle, hand in hand, and have rice tossed in their direction symbolizing unity. This wasn't a traditional couple however, they were an adventerous one. A passionate one. Go big or go home was their motto. All or nothing.
So once the bells were heard, giving the message that the actual ceremony was over, the pair made their way to the edge of cliff. Jacob grabbed Bella's hand and gave three squeezes. One for 'I', one for 'love' and one for 'you'. Bella nodded in agreement, but also to persuade herself that she could do it, that she could jump. Her last experience with cliff-diving had been less than satisfactory but she knew it would be better now. She would be safe. She was with Jacob. Jacob made everything okay.
