Yaaaaay! Two oneshots in one night! I might even be able to get a third one in, if I have enough time. Here's another Jecker one, but it's a bit nicer. For all you romance addicts. Again, I wrote this AGES ago, so I'm not promising fab stuff here.

She was young and foolish, barely only 20; he was nearly 10 years older than her, and he was the one who believe in love at first sight. Although he made her believe.

She couldn't believe her eyes when she caught him getting changed after a life-threatening mission, his torso bare in the ARC lights, his eyes glittered with the pride that came with the knowledge of knowing he had done his duty, and well. As she left, he grinned, wondering how long it would be until she liked him back.

That evening, Becker walked Jess out into the carpark to show her a 'surprise' he kept in the back of his car. Only just noticing the stars, she pointed to the constellation of Orion's belt, and he found Scorpio – his star sign. When he head swivelled back down to the place where he stood, he was there with a white rose poised between his thumb and forefinger. She took it delicately, and lifted it to her nose.

"Oh Bec-" Jess's gasp was silenced by Becker's kiss, as he dipped her slowly and gently; each moment was a firework, a fleeting spark from a bonfire, a whisper from heaven, a diamond dewdrop from a four-leaved clover.

She felt her face turn red, not from embarrassment but from passion as she placed her arms around his neck, her foot 'popping'; a shiver tingled down her spine.

"Took you a while." She breathed, her forehead pressed to his, and he smiled. His first genuine smile she'd seen off him since she joined the ARC. She could hear Connor clapping from Lester's veranda, he was whooping at the top of his lungs, and Abby whispering for him to 'quit it out' and to 'get back inside, idiot'.

"Happy Birthday." Murmured Becker, as he cradles her as they went back to join the others inside, and she just beamed. She was glowing.
