Pink, Red and Black

Metal clashes against metal

Blurs of pink mix with the screams of the tortured.

Everything goes dark as night falls, There! A glint of metal,

Another!

A scream pierces the black night,

A fallen comrade, the two.

Left alone to fight them,

To complete the mission,

To save THEM, plus more.

As determination wells up, so does her strength,

Clash after clash ring through the night air,

Blonde and Black gaze with pride and wonder,

Watching 'till they collapse in the red-stained dirt.

Hour after hour passes,

Still she continues. The pink blur has now become tainted with red,

The air is no longer fresh, but metallic.

Purple blurs as the final foe approaches, More clashes, accompanied by loud, resonating booms split the calm.

Pink Sakura petals rain down in a last effort,

Sharp projectiles accompany them.

Long, poisonous fangs and slithering tongues disappear,

Finally the opponent falls.

She has won,

Not resting, she sprints in the direction of her fallen friends.

Hands glow green, the hands dripping in blood,

The ones of death become healing.

Blue eyes open, then Black, their faces turn to the new dawn,

They smile; their pink-haired angel overcame all.

They ride home on her shoulders, She still cares,

They are her boys after all.
